$30 Down the Drain
I honestly cannot believe that I paid $30 for this absolutely terrible ear wax removal kit. Here's the main issue... as someone that has had to get my ears irrigated to have wax plugs removed several times in my life, I was seeking a product that could attack the problem on a couple different fronts. 1. A removal solution to soften the wax. 2. An irrigation tool that could produce enough force (like an ear irrigation syringe) to erode the wax plug and ultimately remove it.The solution did not work. It did not foam up. It did not soften the wax. It literally did nothing.Worse then that, the irrigation tool SUCKED! I mean it is embarrassingly bad. In all honesty and zero hyperbole it produced a stream of water with, at most, the power of a half clogged windex bottle. That's honestly the best way I can describe it.I really don't know what all the positive reviews were talking about. I'm so incredibly disappointed. I really wish I could have my $30 back.

Saved me a trip to the Doctor /Great value and addition to my Self-care Routine
I just got my Cleanse Right 2nd Generation Ear Cleaning kit from Blue Echo Care, and was pretty impressed with how much this actually worked for me. I was quite excited to try it out. I constantly struggle with the discomfort of excessive build up of wax in my ears and just don't think cotton swabs does a good job in getting me the relieve I need. I think it often times pushes the wax further in my ears rather than removing it....Using the kit however was quite a breeze. Its easy to assemble and you can either do it yourself or get the help of a partner. Either way is fine.... If you get help, you can ask them to use the Otoscope Pen and snap a pic w/ your phone to show you what it looks like in there π.... The eardrops are quite potent and did a great job in softening the hardened build ups and 'melting' those flakey layers that lined the walls of the canal. The irrigation bottle (spray bottle w/ tips) finished it off by washing away the softened wax... If your ear is sensitive (tickles) you can gently spray the water inside, but I don't mind just spaying at full force, just wanted my ears cleaned. Of course you will need to apply the steps one ear at a time and give each ear the time to drain completely. When I was through and used to Otoscope pen to inspect my ear, it was clean and clear! I didn't have that annoying blockage or loose dried wax bouncing about in my ears. What comes inside the kits:The kit comes with all the items listed, except the was basin, and clear cut instructions on how to assemble the parts and use it... I mean they give you step by step instructions on how to assemble the Pen Otoscope which comes with 4 speculas (eartips) a pair of batteries and 5 depression sticks. The actual cleanser kit itself comes with the irrigation bottle and nozzle with splash disc and 20 insertion tips (complementary) that are small enough to really get in there and douse the wax in close range. If you're someone like me who will get the right things to ensure that my health and body is in proper condition, you would definitely want to get this kit.

The Wax Removal Tool Kit has everything you need for clean ears. The directions are excellent.
My grown daughter used the otoscope to look into my ears, which was kind of fun. She found that I had some wax in my ears.Next I put in eight drops in my right ear, and tilted my head to keep them there. I could feel some fizzing, and it was generally pleasant. I drained the drops into the wash basin, and did the same thing with my other ear. I have been swimming, and tend to get swimmer's ear. Using the irrigation bottle immediately made it go feel better. My daughter looked into my ears again and found the wax had gone. She wanted to try it, so followed the same procedure. The otoscope found that she had a little more wax than I did, so she used ten drops. When she let her ears drain, we could see some dissolved wax. To make sure it was all gone, she carefully inserted the smallest currette, which found a very small amount. She used the irrigation bottle, and her ears were completely clean. I used the otoscope again and found no wax at all.We were both very happy with the outcome, and plan to get together once a week to clean our ears. An odd sort of bonding experience, I guess. I definitely recommend this product to anyone.

Nice kit, ear drops were expired
The kit is nice. Needs smaller nozzle attachment for the sprayer. They need to make sure the ear drops that are included arenβt already expired before sending to customers. Mine were expired as you can see. Had to spend more money on ear drops.

Does the trick
Not every thing included in this kit is great, but it did the trick for me when I was basically deaf in one ear. I've used products similar to this in the past with bad results, but much to my surprise this made me able to hear again. The ear viewing device works but not great. It's not a real otoscope. The ear drops that came in the package worked well as well as the irrigation device.
