Newtons Soft & Fruit Chewy Fig Cookies, 24 Snack Packs (2 Cookies Per Pack)

I have loved these since I was a kid. When the quarantine first started, I wanted to order some things that will stay fresh for a while and satisfy my sweet tooth. They delivered the expectations as always. If you've never had one- try it! So good :)

They were a gift to my sister who is recuperating from surgery who said they are "a slice of heaven" and a childhood favorite for both of us.

These are good and a great value - more than a regluar package, but not bad for individuals. However, the portion is tricky. Regular newtons box says 2 cookies is a serving at 110 calories. Well, these individual packs come with two bars - one bar is the size of two regular bars - so you're getting (4) bars in each individual pack (2 servings).I'm trying to lose weight and have a small treat every other day or so. These won't do - I get double the portion - who's gonna open the little pack (EXTREMELY HARD TO OPEN) and then store the other bar for later? The whole reason for individual is one and done.Still good though, but I won't get the individuals any more.

Fig Newtons have always been one of my favorites and I now buy them by the giant box. This past order I purchased 3 giant boxes and was very pleased when they arrived quickly:) I hate to admit it but I have been eating an average of two packets a day, each packet contains two cookies and the new Fig Newtons unlike other products are actually improved because they are the same recipe as a half century ago but each cookie is now twice as big as what they used to be so when I eat two packets it is like eating 8 of the earlier size. I guess I will die bigger but happier:)

Too soft for me, too crumbly. I like the firmer ones better

I like the flavor and it is low in fat. It's a very good cookie and I brought it for snacks for me and my grands. They love them. I would recommend.

Loved these most of my life and still do. The size (a serving is half a pack or one cookie) is just right for between meals with a cup of coffee! Terrific Snack with Deceant Nutritional Values for Calories and Carbs
