We bought a MaxiComfort lift chair, went thru the factory with loosened bolts and the seat frame came apart (see first photo). The Golden Technologies Customer Services people are awful to deal with. And beware of the Lifetime frame warranty. You'll get replacement parts that won't fit (see second photo- the bottom of the seat let rest should be flush with the floor in the down position. It'd half a foot off). So after you pay for shipping, labor, service charge, etc. you'll be stuck with a chair that doesn't fit together and works like crap. Bad product and very bad service.
