They catch flies very well but the sharp corners of the butterfly shape make it difficult to peel off the cover paper properly.

I was a bit sceptical as to how well these would work as I’ve tried everything to get rid of the tiny flies and they still come back but these sticky catchers help to break the cycle so now I see hardly any flies around my plants. Brilliantly simple but very effective.

I thought the yellow would look ugly in pots. It doesn't, it's ok. I was looking for black initially but yellow is probably more effective anyway.They do catch flies. Together with covering the soil with gravel and watering from the bottom they do greatly reduce the fungus gnats we fight. Haven't tried nematodes yet. But we have some plants that we can't apply these measures to so we will probably never extuinguish them.The stickers definitely work. They are very sticky. On both sides. Need care to remove paper backing, sometimes tears esp. on sticking out parts. I do love the shapes.

Like the shapes but it doesn’t seem to attract the flies walking around the pot. Those that do venture onto it aren’t always stuck to it.

It works really well. The little flies just land on it and that’s it. We had so many of them in the kitchen and they are now nearly all gone.

These are great value. Put one in your houseplant pots and you'll be amazed how quick it fills up. They're really sticky and small enough that they don't look ugly.
