Great OBD reader unit
Top piece of kit, seems good enough for trade use, but shared between my son and I, for diy use, ideal. Diagnosed and reset several faults on his Panda, accurately and easily. Remove some of the trade mystery and enable diy repairs.

Works on a JEEP RENEGADE 😁
Absolute bargain if you are going to service your own vehicle and in my case a 2021 JEEP Renegade which is renowned for being impossible to access due to canbus lock out.Slightly mis-sold as it promises access to service , parking brake reset etc and makes no mention of the FIAT/CHRYSLER/JEEP security Gateway Module that prevents anything other than reading fault codes and no possibility of clearing them or resetting oil services etc.I had to buy a 12-8 obd bypass lead for £20 to enable full functionSeller should include this lead for buyers who have cars from the Fiat/Chrysler/Jeep brandsThis aside, this device is well made, WiFi enabled to access the net for code look up and the like. It's responsive, fast and has a massive database of vehicles features and techy stuff I don't yet understandRecommendedDefinitely glad I bought this over other more expensive devices

Very good tool
As like most obd readers. The more you pay. The more functions you get. The 600 is a good tool. For basic or general diagnostics. With a few decent clear-reset functions.

No messing about anymore!
I bought this OBD2 scanner to help my husband solve some issues with our cars and stop him going slowly mad - we were tired of having to pay dealers silly amounts of money to "plug our car" in - even to reset the service light. We had tried various online forums and bought the hand held fault code readers but couldn't get to the bottom of the issues we were having, so I bought the bullet and purchased this for him. What a time saver this gadget has been. No more messing about with different readers for different cars - this Topdon ArtiDiag600S has them all. We have a few cars in our family ranging in age and this scanner has worked on all of them - including an older VW T4 camper van that we thought only one other piece of software running on a laptop could connect - but no! This Topdon scanner has worked on everything we've plugged it into on our driveway. To say my hubby is happy is an understatement! The ArtiDiag600S has wifi so it can connect to the internet. Why? Well it is super easy to update all the info for the different car manufacturers - which he did when he first booted it up - but once he found a fault code he was able to connect to internet from this Scanner on the driveway and view details about the fault code and possible fixes. Brilliant. It runs on Android and has the Chrome internet browser on it. Clever. The home screen is really easy to understand and navigate to the exact car model we have. No wondering if the fault code reader is understanding the car ECU. On some newer cars the Scanner can identify you exact Make & Model automatically, but for the older ones it was easy for him to find the correct make & model and then read all the systems. This is an amazing device and nicely & solidly made. It has a great solid feel to the hard rubber case and the touch screen makes it easy to select things - there are arrows and buttons too - everything was easy to access even using mechanics gloves!Sometimes spending a little more money on a good device like this is totally worth it!

Already saving me money!
I have a couple of issues with my vehicles that needed to be sorted out and my cheap OBD scanner just isn’t up to it.VW’s can be particularly difficult to connect to with non-manufacturer specific scanners so I was a little concerned but this connected perfectly. It allowed me to turn off the airbag light after repairing the fault which instantly saved me over £50 getting a garage to do it.It also helped diagnose an instrument cluster fault by proving the speed sensor was working by using the live data readout.I have also had issues with a Ford Kuga not completing a dpf regen so I thought I would try forcing it with this. It connected fine and after trying to do a static regeneration the engine temperature was not getting hot enough which helped diagnose a fault thermostat. When this is fixed I expect the dpf issues to also be resolved.*edit*I have since used the live data from this to diagnose a dpf pressure sensor issue - I changed this then used the obd tool to reset learned values, do a regen and the car is now running better than ever!In general it is very intuitive to use, it connects to my vehicles and software updates easily over wifi. I am looking forward to seeing what else I can do with this as it is definitely far more capable than I am at the moment. All in all I am very happy - it will save me money and make working on modern cars much easier.

TOPDON OBD2 Artidiag 600s, code reader scanner.
I do a lot of research before buying items like this, especially when spending more than I'd like, so I researched half a dozen other scanners, also reading through many many reviews and this Topdon seemed the best option as we were having trouble finding one that was compatible with our Vauxhall insignia elite nav, ecoflex sport tourer, diesel 2011, but we also have a BMW E46 330D saloon 2003, M sport, so needed a multi car scanner, our Vauxhall is fully loaded etc with lots of electrical components but the BMW isn't, this scanner does both cars, although it's fairly easy to work out and does a lot of things automatically like the vin code, you don't have to put it in yourself, it does take a little getting used to like most diagnostic tools, but it has a good instructions booklet. All we had to do the very first time we used it was to put our broadband/wifi code in, plugged it into the car socket and after connecting away we went, can't recommend this Topdon scanner enough, like I say we were worried in the beginning, "will this work with the Vauxhall" as we'd heard Opcom is best for Vauxhalls, but no worries, my husband says this is the BEES KNEES, it does so much, and is so easy to email diagnostics straight to my computer, very glad we have this, we are not techy people and found this easy to use, glad we didn't waste our money.
