These shakes have lowered my weight by 2 pounds and my blood sugar from 172 to 131 in only 5 days!!!The chocolate/macadamia nut flavor is delicious, while the creamy vanilla is just OK. Super convenient to make in the mixing tumbler (which I also purchased) along with its own special wire-whisk mixing ball.They are also satisfying and filling. Only wish they had more flavors, as I worry that I may get tired of the sametwo over time.

Good occasional meal replacement but…..
For an actual animal based meal replacement shake it’s decent. It has whey protein, grass fed collagen, equal fat to protein ratio, MCT and enzymes. To those who gave it a low rating due to stomach issues, maybe you didn’t read all the ingredients before you bought it. This protein powder has some ingredients that most people aren’t used to ingesting like the MCT’s, probiotics, and high healthy fats for example. For people doing keto or ketovore, low carb this is an excellent blend. My only one complaint is that some of the vitamins and minerals are lower quality choices. For example, cannot understand why they chose Magnesium oxide out of all the great magnesium forms. There are others. But I didn’t read the vitamin and mineral list carefully when I purchased. So that’s my bad. I will still use it and it will serve its purpose for me. High fat high protein animal based meal replacement that I need several times a week.

Por recomendaciónes de mi doctor, empece a usar este producto en en Enero del 2024, y ha sido mi salvación y mano derecha por todo este tiempo. Tiene un excelente sabor, la verdad que sostiene bastante. Lo recomiendo para esas personas que quieren mantener un peso ideal y tienen resistencia al a insulina como yo.

Very DISAPOINTED
Expensive with cheap vitamins and minerals added.I was looking for something to help me gain weight healthily and this got great reviews on many websites.My bad for not paying attention to the added vitamins and minerals.- 50% Magnesium Oxide, REALLY? Take this 3 times a day and you are having diarrhea.- Folic acid instead of Folate, which has been proven bad for you.- Cyanocobalamin instead of Methylcobalamin?For $4 a serving we get these cheap additives?Oh, and the so-called reusable bag it comes in doesn't even close properly.Shame on Dr. Ben Bikman.

Very Clean Tasty Shake
Very clean meal replacement shake for the Keto diet. Highly recommend! Add a little heavy cream, and you'll think you're doing something wrong.

Gave me cramps and diarrhea
An hour after I had a shake made from this product, I had terrible cramps and diarrhea. I have no food allergies. I’m throwing this product away.
