Use them for a recipe for detoxing for about a month for what it’s supposed to be for it’s great for I don’t know why I’m saying for so much for now. I will just say five out of five or four out of four.

I've been using this brand daily for over a year and have recently gained a new appreciation for it. The price keeps increasing, so I tried another brand and was really disappointed in the rubbery, plastic like feel of some of their flakes. I do wish this company would keep their cost down, and I'd love to see different packaging, but the flakes themselves are superior.
