Amazing
First of all I bought this book for ₹211, check the price before buying the book.It is a original book and the quality of the book is amazing and the page quality is also outstanding, No complaints at all!Finished reading half the book, starts a bit slow but once u complete 60 to 70 pages, it gets interesting and u will be eager to know what's gonna happen nextThis is my first book of Colleen Hoover and I am very much impressed by the writingShe writes every single thing/incident in detail. For example- suppose i ask u what model car is that, u just say it's an BMW or a BenzBut Colleen describes it as a Black BMW and its a 7 series with 250 top speed and touches 0-100 in 5 seconds. In short, i like how she gives attention to detail for every single thing!

Nice
The story was good but it could have been a lot better. But it was intended to be written like this, so there are no issues. Many unnecessary intimate scenes would be difficult for some people to read. Other than that, it was a good read.

A nice thriller
Lowen is a struggling writer in financial crisis when she gets a job offer of a lifetime. Jeremy Crawford, husband of bestselling author Verity Crawford, has hired Lowen as a ghostwriter to complete the remaining books in Verity's successful series as his wife is injured.Lowen arrives at Crawford house, sorting through years worth of Verity's notes, to get her started. What she doesn't expect is to uncover an unfinished autobiography, that is never meant for anyone to read. It contains disturbing and intense admissions from Verity, including the day her daughter died.Lowen starts to have feelings for Jeremy but he is still in love with Verity. Lo consider telling him about manuscript. In the end she discovers something which totally contradicts the manuscript. And what's that? You need to find it for yourself!🔹🔸🔹The start of the book gave me goosebumps with a detailed description of an accident. I loved the book initially, it was compelling throughout. The Crawford house was so scary that it gave me chills. Loved the interactions between Lo & Jeremy. There were some scenes that got me a bit scared, including the living room one, IYKYK🤭 it was both funny & scary.🔹🔸🔹What I didn't like was the manuscript, with little information about important stuff and largely filled with s e x scenes. Of course there were some disturbing scenes including the hanger one!And I hated the end (and not because of how it ended), I know it's an open end book but still there wasn't enough explanation for how things turned out the way it did.Overall, it was mostly a good read for me and if you like thriller books mixed with a bit of spice, detailed scenes, you should go for it.🔹🔸🔹[One should know, this book contains dark and mature themes like murder, manipulation, and child abuse.]

Scary without any paranormal thrills. Must read !!
Finished this novel in one day. Could not keep it down, a definite page turner. The entire book’s scary & thrilling. Plot is so good & open-ended. Either ways, am happy with the ending. Brilliantly made. Gonna try reading all other Colleen Hoover’s novels.

A twisted thriller within the four corners of a house (NO SPOILERS)
The book starts with the introduction of Lowen, the main character of the book, who is struggling with her difficulties in life as a writer and as a daughter. Jeremy, the husband of a famous writer, enters the life of Lowen with an offer that ends up with Lowen being in his house with his injured wife, Verity, and she has to finish the rest of the book. What she doesn't see coming are a series of paranormal events affecting everyone's lives in the house. This book is a whole different type of thriller. It was nail-biting to the core! Zero dull moments, fast paced, racy and engaging, this book has elements of thriller but it's not a mystery or murder book. A pure thriller with twists and turns at every point. The moment Lowen starts reading the manuscript, that's when things begin to get interesting. I skipped few of the romance sequences coz there were way too may and at one point I was getting sick of reading those parts. Nevertheless, the character of Verity was so beautifully crafted with layers upon layers in her character. She is the most complicated character I've read about in any book. Lowen was kind of boring to me in the book, only the manuscript and Verity's character kept me hooked. The ending, was mind blowing and I literally had to blink few times and process what actually happened. If you're a fan of Colleen Hoover, and want to try out a different thriller, this book is a must read.
