Need a pump.
Been ordering and using these products for years. The dogs love it and we love it. But we order a gallon of shampoo and the opening is too large for shampoo pumps to attach. Why can't they send a pump with it?Trying to transfer this into another bottle is no fun. It is not smooth pouring and has a jelly consistency.

My daughter has a Thoroughbred that is now 19 and has developed a sensitivity to EVERYTHING. She had received some of this in a gift box for Christmas and decided to try it on him and it worked so well we bought it in bulk so she can use it on all 10 horses.

Broken seal. Broken trust.
Broken seal when product arrived. Also seems alot thicker than item bought directly from store. Most likely i will never order anything from this seller again. Hopefully it doesn't have anything harmful mixed in so they could use a portion to fill up smaller bottles to sell.

Great Product.
Have used this shampoo for years, never any issues. Love it. It can be difficult to find, sometimes, so this size is awesome.

Seal broken
The seal was broken when it arrived, I don't feel comfortable using it since it was. The lid on top wasn't fully on and shampoo was spilled a lot inside the box. I don't think it's a value for money if the bottle is open and spilled in the box. Plus shipping back would charge me more money.
