I’ve tried a lot of serums and toners and this one isn’t my favorite for sure just sticky and didn’t seem to do much

I’m very disappointed I had an allergic reaction to this. I put it on the night before woke up to one red spot and then in the morning I put it on again and immediately these welts came up within minutes.
