Hello Trent: It’s really hard to answer your question because they are a type of check valve. Meaning, if you don’t take a lot of time to close the valve... not a lot of air will seep out. But then you might be asking is the air envelope chambered... yes. We love our boat, not too heavy, easy to setup and easy to take down. Is it perfect, no. Does it work as described, yes. I wish I had a bigger one.

10 to 15 minutes by foot pump . 2 to 3 minutes by electric pump .
