I bought this to use to hold my phone while driving for Lyft . I have bought hands-free devices before only to have them fail almost from the beginning of use, I'm happy to say that has not been the case for this hands-free device to date it has not failed one time! What I have come to find out about some of these products on the market is that if my windshield becomes too hot it often pops off! In fact my last hands-free device came apart right in the middle of transporting a passenger! I was so embarrassed when that thing exploded from my window and landed in my lap! I have had no problem with leaving this in my windshield even during extremely hot days it stays in place it doesn't melt the arm doesn't droop it is perfect! I highly recommend this product and this vendor I will definitely be buying another one as my husband is now a Lyft driver too!

After owning this car mount for about a month the hard plastic cup warped because of my own negligence. I had parked my car for several days in intense heat with a shade visor up trapping the mount between the visor and windshield. I had been very happy with the product so when I found it had warped I was very disappointed. I like it because of the strong suction that stays solidly in place even when going off road and I liked the fact that the arm made is so I didn't have to reach very far when driving. I reached out to SuperGear to see if they would replace the item so I emailed them on a Saturday and immediately I received a response saying they would be happy to replace the mount. This product is perfect for people wanting to mount their phone and the fact that they are willing to stand by their product a month later is fantastic. I've owned several other mounts and this one is by far the best.

It's exactly what I was looking for. It's well made and sturdy, attaches firmly with the suction cup. It looks clean and simple, without drawing attention on the windshield. The fact it can move 360º is great. I always use my phone for GPS and have trouble finding a vent car holder that isn't sturdy or that doesn't fit well on the vent. This one does that...it expands to fit on our phone to give it a secure tight hold. I even have a case on my phone and that hasn't been an issue to not have a good grip. This also has been handing with I move my phone to a landscape position and when I'm parked I can watch my Netflix shows.

I love my previous car mount and got this as a replacement. Oh my, this is so much better. The flexibility, sturdiness is for real. The length of car mount is just right in front of my car AC, to cool my phone during the hot summers.

It worked well for about a year, even though it would periodically fall off when the temperature outside was really hot. A few weeks ago I was getting into my car and found it off my windshield and on the dashboard, broken. I contacted the manufacturer that claims a 2 year warranty and have not heard back from them. I have followed up with them and still no response.

This holder is perfect for keeping your eyes on the road while using your phone; especially for GPS. It assembles easily and it's a cinch to place on your windshield. It held perfectly even on bumpy roads. It's slim, so no bulky obstruction; It's a must have!

I just got this out of the package and was able to install it securely quite quickly. I'm sure it will require adjustment over time like any suction device. The phone holder is firm and big enough to hold only my V10.

Today, almost four months from the time of it's arrival, my Car Mount has broken. I love this car mount. We have to find a way for it to hold up to the heat in the window mounted position.
