I rely like this with steelhead and salmon

Already used it on shrimp the result was amazing especially when combined with butter, fresh lemon from a real lemon in a frying pan, excellent seasoning! Definitely worth the money, the size will last a home cook quite awhile, if getting the large size (seafood seasoning)

We use this frequently on salmon. It is smokey and elevates the salmon to another level. Better than any other fish seasoning we have used. Great price and lasts a long time

The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 stars..... is because I think the previous McCormick seasoning (Cedar Plank Salmon Seasoning) was BETTER. But alas, it appears that McCormick stopped making the Cedar plank salmon seasoning, and instead came up with this formulation.Don't get me wrong - it's actually good on salmon too. But I notice it doesn't come out of the shaker holes in the package as easy I'm used to, and I do miss that hint of cedar taste that the previous formula offered.On the other hand, this is supposedly more "versatile" as it's not specific to just salmon, but can be used for any seafood. It's just that I personally preferred the previous seasoning flavor... n fact... one might almost say this is nearly bland when it comes to seasonings.Oh - and if you like your food "spicy" - this doesn't do that (which I'm fine with, as I don't like spicy food, but for those who might want their food spicy - you'll need to add heat to your food some other way).

Our local supermarkets stopped selling it. We found it on Amazon. Thanks Amazon.My wife says it’s the best. Her salmon is delicious. We serve it often with company and often get questions about the seasoning.I agree that it’s the best. You will too.

We couldn’t find this seasoning locally so ordered it. The quality is good but the quantity is more than we needed.

The McCormick Seafood seasoning is one of the best seasonings for fish and shrimp that I have ever had.It’s kinda like Old Bay, if Old Bay was not spicy.Homemade Shrimp Alfredo is great with a couple shakes of this on it.The seasonings are very well balanced. Nothing is overpowering.It’s a great seasoning and I bet a great rub for larger seafood.
