Great tool! I bought a set of cards in a conference in London and brought to America where I have my practice. I used it in a few sessions with clients and the work was amplified to a level I haven't foreseen. I order two more sets. The results are simply amazing. My clients recognize themselves, their strengths, in the cards and the images to hat carry the message. At that point, the session gains another dimension, where more awareness takes place. It is beautiful to see the happiness in the clients eyes when they reencounter themselves in a more positive way. Highly recommend the At My Best Strength Cards!

I was lucky enough to obtain a set when they were first released, and immediately found so many uses. I've used them with execs, salespeople, customer services, in all sorts of industries, and every time they help me engage my group. While my favorite use is to support my work as a strengths coach, I've also used them in icebreakers, when my group is stuck on how to proceed on a difficult project, to open up people's minds, and to facilitate thinking around difficult change issues that most organizations face. I'm getting additional sets so I can use them with larger groups - they really manage themselves, and the insights people have are amazing! Final note: they are very robust, my first set still looks great and shows well in front of all my clients.

I was looking for a strength cards set for work with families and groups who are stuck in areas like communication or optimism. These are good quality and have an interesting photo on the opposite side of each card. The picture may not immediately or directly relate to what you think might represent the strength, but with some imagination and creativity families have seen themselves in the pictures. Quite clever and useful.

Used these last week for a psychological safety session I was running with a team. They worked really well and were a good conversational starter.

These cards are well presented in their neat well designed box, however upon initial opening of these cards and flicking through them I was feeling slightly underwhelmed. However, I soon discovered that when I utilised them in conjunction with someone else, I was able to see and compare my view of me with their view of me. This provoked a lot of two way reflection for both of us and asked a lot of questions about how both our opinions of ourselves are confirmed or denied by how others experience us. I think they are a fabulously enlightening and enriching tool for personal therapy in how we relate with ourselves and others. Simple in their nature, but genius in their effectiveness providing the relationship is strong enough to bear gently delivered questions by the observer tailored to explore the holders meaning of each strength.Wonderful. Would highly recommend if used properly and sensitively.

I use these a lot during group supervision as a way of encouraging feedback. They are absolutely fabulous and good quality.
