Nothing works like Benadryl. It is the gold standard. There are others that work well but Benadryl is tops.

Bought this because I have a relative who has an allergic reaction to something around a park we frequent. Rather than bring a whole box of Benadryl or carry tabs in a plastic baggie with us, this was a good solution. I like the convenience of the tablet packs and paid for the convenience. I carry a few extra packs with me in case someone needs them. It looks less sus to hand them one of these packs than tabs out of a plastic bag or a box that's been opened.I find they are effective at easing my allergy symptoms but they don't make me sleepy. In fact, I have the opposite issue but maybe I'm just wired different.

Perfect to throw in different bags to have on hand. I was the only person out of a large group to have benadryl on me and it was expired. Everything turned out OK but I'm making sure I always have this in me, and not expired. It can save you, or at least buy time. Even if you don't need it doesn't mean someone else won't.Convenient packaging.
