Cheaper that a plumber
Traced the fault to the motorized valve, ordered this part which arrived super quick , comes with the fittings ie mounting screws , wire connectors had it fitted in 30 mins,( including a brew stop), heating working a treat now, also a great price

Fits perfectly and easy to do.
Fitted perfectly onto my existing Honeywell valve. Will be interesting to see how long this lasts compared to replacing the genuine Honeywell motorised valve head at 3 to 4 times the cost and they only last 3 to 4 years. Only 2 wires to connect is also a big bonus.

Decent item but be careful with fixing screws
Item seems decent quality and did the job. For anyone fitting this to a Drayton ZA6 actuator like I have, there seemed to be slight variance in the build tolerances which meant there was some resistance in the mechanism causing the springs not to return. I got past this by loosening the two motor fixing screws until there was enough freedom on the springs - it meant the assembly wasn't quite as tight as before but still safe and adequate to fit back on the valve body.

Easy fit for Honywell 2 port valve 4000 3916-001
Everything needed is in the box, screws, crimps, motor. Swap out is quick and easy, but need to know what your doing.Some good kids on youtube.In theory these should not burn output they do. This is a Syncronous motor, not the original syncron motor so not sure how long it will last. The synchronous motor fitted by British Gas only lasted 9 months. But if this one does more than a couple of years then it's great value.

Perfect replacement
I was troubleshooting a boiler issue and decided to replace the 25year old motors.They are the right sec and operate as expected.Highly recommended given the £10 - £12 asking price.

It is not a universal fit, I had to file down the two fixing taps as they did not fit into the fixing recess's in the Danfoss HP2A motorised valve base and was preventing the drive gear of the motor meshing with the opener gear, after this was complete and assembled, I test ran the motor several times and it worked. Even with the extra adjustments required to this motor it still works out much cheaper than buying the complete valve assembly.
