The best quality pain relief tape I have used. I have tried many of the tape and patches for pain. These have lidocaine 4%, which is very helpful in pain relief. They also have the best sticking quality, and they remove without hurting your skin. You can cut the tape to the size you need.

These really work. I was surprised. They don't stink, they aren't messy, and they are pretty good at staying where you put them. They can roll a little if you move around a lot, especially if that area rubs against heavy clothing or if you wear them in the bed. I was disappointed that the price increased (but what prices haven't increased lately?). These really do the job. I hated trying to open the original packaging, but now they come in an easy to open zip bag. They are easy to apply. And they are a good size to go on your arms, knees, shoulders.

I went between giving a 4 or 3, I love that these do not have any strong scents and they do work, but the reason for my rating is because they HURT peeling them off. I mean I’m glad they have such good adhesive cause I hate it when something sticks and the ends start rolling up. So I may end up cutting them in shorter pieces and then maybe it we’ll be more tolerable taking them off.

The product stays in place well. 4% lidocaine is helpful for the lower back pain when used consecutive days. I think I put them in the closet. They go fast put them in the closet. They were in a bag in my room.

Unfortunately, the tape does not stick to my knee. I washed the area with rubbing alcohol to remove oils before placement and it still doesn’t stick. It also has a strange smell to it.

Not the stickiest. Wanted to use in my neck but they didn’t stay. Does help with pain.

I like these far better than any of the other OTC lidocaine patches I've tried. They apply easily and well and work fairly well. They for sure stick too, which is a relief to know I can put one on before bed and wake up with it in the same spot and working for pain management still. One of the best pain relievers on the market IMO. I have one across my shoulders for my upper back/neck/shoulder pain, and one across my lower back for the lower back pain. And the pain is for sure gone down a bit so that's a win in my book. I wish there were more in the package as someone with multiple pain conditions have me reaching for it nearly daily.

Takes away my pain and keeps me calm.
