I love it, though I guess the chair it's on at work renders it ineffective. I mainly got it for work where I'm having lots of back issues, and it sorta felt nice at first but the chair and setup there is just still not good for me. Also, I have to constantly readjust it and it seems to pinch at my legs. I know it's not this pillow's fault though, since the one I got for my home desk feels GREAT. There it's on a leather chair, stays in place, and provides good comfort without pinching. I just wish I hadn't gotten so excited about it and bought 2, since the work one now sits in a drawer. Live and learn. At least I'll always have a backup for if/when the home one wears down. :)

I recently had back surgery (L5-S1). During recovery, this pillow was a life saver! I wish I had been using it the whole time before my surgery on bad days. For anyone that has lower back/herniated disc issues, you know that sitting is the worst. After surgery, I used this pillow everywhere. I sat on it using any hard chair (kitchen island stool), and while driving my car (this was a huge help). We had a vacation planned already before I scheduled my surgery, and we decided not to cancel, just adjust the activities we had planned. I don't think I could have survived the plane ride without this (ok, and a muscle relaxer too) I used it mostly to sit on, but for a little while I leaned my back against too. On our vacation, I didn't want to cancel a fishing trip my son was looking forward to, so I took the cushion out on the boat (waterproof cover is great!). I thought I'd be good for maybe 30 minutes & then have to be dropped back off on beach. I ended up being able to stay on the boat for 1 1/2 hours. I'm very glad I purchased it & would highly recommend it!

I bought this to try out on a cheap computer chair and was pleased with how this helped my back the first day of use, but after prolonged use and a couple more days of using, the cushion did not feel as comfortable as it initially did. Felt as though the padding was a little flat. Was hoping to love this product so that I could purchase more for my family who suffer from back and hip problems, but I'm not so sure anymore :/ will keep trying to see how I feel in a week or so.

I tried this cushion during an overnight flight. It didn't solve all my lower back pain but I really had a much better experience. In a more normal daily use, is very comfortable. I don't give it 5 stars because of the cover. The zipper is too small, so I practically broke it trying to remove the cushion from the cover when I received it. Trying to put it back inside is almost impossible.

I bought this for my kayak. My seat is a little hard for sitting several hours in it. I bought this in the hopes of some relief. I say it works pretty well. I have used several times now and been pretty happy with it. My only reason for a 4 star instead of a 5 is just because after a while it does get pretty flat. If I take it out and let it sit then it goes right back to the original size.

Great customer service! Good cushion, can definitely tell the difference. I accidentally ripped the cover when I was taking it off (it is a pretty tight fit) and asked if I could get a replacement cover. They sent me a whole other cushion with cover! So, above and beyond service. Couldn't be happier.

This seat cushion is great for your back. It is firm and comfortable for low back issues. The cover is nice too. I also have another brand cushion but this one is much better.
