These keys work perfectly for the magnetic cabinet locks that I purchased awhile back from another company. The magnet in the replacement keys is very strong with a compact design. They also come with magnetic placement discs that have adhesive on one side so that if you need a key somewhere in your house and don't have a magnet compatible surface you can simply apply the discount anywhere in your home and the key will stay in place so you don't lose it and it's quickly accessible. I had to buy replacement keys because the ones that came with my lockset eventually stopped working after being dropped several times the magnet was no longer strong enough. Fast shipping too from this seller! Thank you

Great price, great product
great price for these little guys. A sneaky toddler stole and most likely threw away the ones that came with our lock magnet cupboard set. As shipment most likely because he is sneaky. These come with a sticky back magnet that you can attach to any surface to hold it. This is a bonus because the other keys need to be on the fridge or other magenta surface that is not provided like these. They work great as well

Choking hazard inside and out
In retrospect, I wish we hadn't bought these. Do they work and do the job? Yes they do. But, the magnetic key that came with our original set was larger and designed to not be a choking hazard. It had an extended top part that you would grip, that kept it from being a problem. These ones are, in my opinion, a little risky to have around if you have little ones still putting things in their mouths (which you probably do if you have locks on your cabinets). The whole key itself is a choking hazard but even worse, we only had these for a week and when I dropped it the white plastic split into two pieces and the magnet came out and skid across the floor. It was a thick magnet about the size of a nickel. Perfect for choking on.Yes yes we can say don't drop it or if you drop it then pick the magnet up. Of course I try to do those things. But I have three kids. Right now the baby is crawling all over the place and puts everything in his mouth. We actually have gotten rid of all choking hazards on the first floor and put pack n plays on the other floors because it is better to be safe with something like this. Ideally, I'm watching my kid 100% of the time and this is never an issue. But it seems so silly for these to be designed this way, when there is a much safer alternative. On our original key, the plastic was molded around the magnet and I had dropped that thing from much higher a million times and it never broke once. These ones the white plastic is two separately molded pieces, they dropped a magnet in the middle and pushed it together. For a product that is supposed to improve child safety, this is a huge miss and I hope it gets re evaluated, without someone choking first

Works great if the the manufacturer installs the magnet properly
The product didn't work until I pried open the casing and turned the magnet around. Then it worked fine. It was an easy fix, but it I shouldn't have had to make it.

NOT just any magnet will work - lock latch is not metal but a 2nd magnet (spring loaded)
Works great - don't believe the reviews that say "any magnet" will work. Any strong magnet will have an affect, but it will only open the lock if it is in the right position at the right angle etc. You can't just put any strong magnet in front of the lock, the magnetic field has to be lined up and polarized correctly (North/South fields). The piece inside the lock is NOT metal, but another magnet, so the "key" has to interact properly to unlatch.

Could be stronger
These magnets do the job but are not nearly as strong as the ones that came with our locks. That makes it so we have to search around and it makes the clicking noise less noticable when it is in the right spot.

Customer Service is FANTASTIC and went above and beyond to help us
We have the magnetic baby locks (2 years now and still working decently well). We have some that after 2 years and 2 toddlers yanking on have become loose and we've had to replace. However, still good overall. We bought this extra set of keys because we could not find ours. They have come in handy several times. Good to have an extra set. An extra set also means you don't have to go as far to get your one key. For example, in our bathroom my husband has a key by his sink and I have one by my sink area. We actually had a problem where the key worked for some of the magnets and not others. Unsure what the issue was, customer service was super nice and fixed it with extra locks and keys (they gave us a whole new set!) They answered some other questions and helped us re-install and few that weren't done perfectly.Overall, because customer service went above and beyond to fix our issued this gets 5 stars.

Great buy
These work great. We bought the “Dreambaby mag lock” system which came with one key for four locks. I was tired of going and finding the one key, so I ordered these hoping they would be compatible. These magnets work perfectly and the holder is so convenient.
