Excellent clean dry bark, small as needed
Product was small sized which I needed to amend my soil. The bark sizes are consistent, dry. I won't buy Miracle-Gro orchid bark. The last time I purchased they had pieces as big as my hand and the product was soaking wet although I didn't see a leak in the bag. I had to dry it out and break it up before I could use it. This bark is ready to go!

Just what my Easter cactus needed!
My succulent (Easter cactus) was dying off, from root rot I discovered when transplanting….within a week of this soil medium (mixed with some perlite and soil), she perked up and started sprouting new clades!! Happy dance!

Perfect, uniform size
I was spending a lot of money on smaller bags but finally found this and I'm so happy! The bark chips are uniform and it's such a big bag. No complaints, will buy again as needed.

The “gallon” size was less than I expected.
Product arrived in two plastic bags. Outer bag was opaque, thank you, to avoid light. Inner bag was transparent and had zip lock so you can reseal the bag for storage. This appears to be the high quality bark I was expecting.I would love to know how the repackaged bark quantity is decided. This “gallon” was less than I gallon I bought from a seller on Etsy.
