I know these supplements plus the other 2 supplements I purchased in this order are good reliable products. What I did not like was the delivery. Yes, it was on time but did not come with my usual mailbox delivery. .There is only one gate to go in and out of our front patio to the mailbox (a short walk). So thru the afternoon I checked our front patio but not there. I usually have orders too large for mailbox left by front door on our shaded patio. When I order these supplements I try to be sure arrival will be on a day I will be home so I can remove quickly from mailbox or patio. At 3:15 p.m. luckily I checked again and the three supplements were in a Whole Foods box too large for mailbox sitting in the hot sun in front of patio gate....10 feet more & they would have been in full shade! We have been using Amazon Prime for deliveries for about 2 or 3 years now and this size box has been left at our front door & usually a doorbell ring in the past. We have no dogs, animals to contend with so I wonder why no one entered the gate as usual!? I live in Tucson, AZ so heat is a big concern! Thank you. .

I take this in combination with other supplements, and I feel it is working wonderfully, and I feel wonderful, healthy and energized

The gel caps are small and easy to swallow. I have been taking these for several years with the cholesterol med.

IMHO Jarrow makes reliable products: that’s why I buy from them. The product, as always, is in a dark bottle with a lid and well packed. That’s expected. How do I rate the efficacy of this product without a means of measuring the before and active picture? A person I consider knowledgeable recommended it more as a preventative than a “fix it now” remedy. After two weeks I attest to the fact I didn’t die within 24 hours of swallowing the first capsule. It didn’t make me feel ill. I feel much more energetic than several days ago; however, since I have made multiple changes to my lifestyle, I can’t truthfully say I owe it all to COQ10. If I find a way to objectively measure its impact on my health, I will update this review. For now I proceed with this supplement for at least 60 days, expecting to feel improvement because it is a Jarrow product.

Great quality coQ10. My mother has to have soy - free supplements as she is a Breast Cancer patient who was advised to decrease her soy intake because of the type of breast cancer she has and this CoQ10 fits the bill. She is doing rather well with it. The price cannot be beat and it is offered on Amazon Prime which mean super quick shipment!

First week taking Jarrow's Co-Q10 and I have an overall general sense of well being. Provides great natural feeling energy that lasts. For the first week I have only taken 1 a day around 2:30-3. After researching and reading all about the benefits of Co-Q10 - so far I have to say it lives up to the hype. I would definitely recommend! I also get this very subtle but quite nice tingly feeling all throughout my body about an hour after taking it. I rather enjoy this feeling and hope it lasts haha. I don't know if I am the only one who is experiencing this as I have not read this in any other reviews.. Has anyone else experienced this? Got to love Jarrow's pricing too! I purchase a few other supplements from Jarrow as well and so far - No complaints. I always wonder this about other reviewers so thought Id add- 25 yr old male 5'9 160 Athletic build

it's worth the money

Product is defective. Not recommending purchase of this item. Lot # 2094446 use by date 8/28 Photo included - unknown color of supplement. This product should not have the appearance of variation of red yellow orange

I have only used the product once, it is too soon to rate it.. Give it a couple of weeks to review the product.
