Very complete and easy to follow book. Good summaries at end of chapter.

So glad to be able to buy the textbook instead of a digital copy. I am a chronically enhanced woman who needs a real textbook to study with. All fun books are digital but not a textbook. This is not a paid review

Required reading for a university upper level social marketing class. I like the examples given

Is the correct book I needed for my course, however the pages are bound in the incorrect order. As much as I dislike them, I will have to resort to the online version.

**update(27/2025): returned for a replacement, but it was worse since it not only came with the same printing mistake but used and dirty. at least the first time it was newish but charging me for a new book and receiving that atrocious smelly thing was something. ended up getting the second edition instead, here’s hoping it isn’t terrible (sept. 23/2025): There appears to be a printing mistake, which is a shame because I need this book for a class. I now have to use it weird/not in order which will probably confuse me.

I purchased this book for a class I am currently taking and the first chapter we are to read is 14. Unfortunately, it appears the textbook has a miss print because it is missing the first 5 pages of that chapter. On one side of the page it is 267 and on the other side it is page 272. Hopefully, there are no other miss prints within the book.

The book pages are incorrect, tried many times to get a good book or refund, I kept getting excuses or back and forth. At the end I couldn’t use it because the material needed was not in the correct order or in the book at all.

This book was missing pages, and a majority of the rest were out of order
