I have been away from the gym far too long. While I am active, I knew I was really losing strength and balance. I ordered this during the pandemic and am so glad I did. We live in a small space, but this takes up almost zero storage space, only requires a small area to exercise, and the only other thing you need is a sturdy chair and a DVD player. I use it every day, doing the warmup, alternating upper and lower body each day, and the cool down. It takes a little longer than it says, but it is a good workout in a fairly short amount of time. I have been using it almost a month and I feel results in my strength, flexibility, and balance. I did not measure or weigh myself when I started because my motivator is increasing strength, flexibility, and balance. I hope and believe that tightening up and losing weight will happen as a result, not as the main goal. It came with 2 DVDs. I use the one w Marie Osmond but did watch the other DVD once and learned a few things from the fitness instructor. Many of those exercises use the floor and I don't have a good space for that right now, so I prefer the exercises that use a chair or standing (Marie DVD). There are a few little goofs in the DVD - some things are labeled wrong, for example, but those are pretty minor. At first, I had trouble keeping up and had to pause it a lot to make sure I had my feet in the straps correctly or was doing it correctly, but I am much better at that now. I like how easy it is to adjust the tension to make it harder as you gain strength. You just roll the band around the bar. Also, they provide easier and harder alternatives to try and they show some ways to get some cardio in if you want to try that. (The DVD also mentions that you can get stronger bands if needed - I haven't looked into that - they would need to be bands specifically designed to fit this bar.) This workout would not be for everyone - we all have our preferences - but it definitely provides a good workout that you can increase in intensity as you progress without having to buy a bunch of extra equipment. You could easily do the workout without the DVD - there is a booklet and the exercises are pictured on decals you put on the bar - but I like using it because it times everything for you. There are also musical cues as to when you are almost done with each exercise in case you aren't staring at the TV.

Wanting to get in some sort of shape after covid.... And LIFE... Ordered a home gym for over $700... Found out it was going to take approx 6 weeks to recieve... I was very excited to try it right away!! It's so incredibly simple to assemble... Literally 5 seconds...and as easy to use.... I was able to adjust the tension and get a great workout... I'm out of shape and ovetweight so i did just the arm workouts the first day.... Felt the next day like i had worked them... 2nd day i did legs.... I think I'll alternate first week then do both everyday... I'm so inspired.... Easy to just pick up at any moment... In any clothes... I'm on my way to healthy and thinner.... YESSSSS BY THE WAY... I CANCELLED THE ORDER FOR THE $700 HOME GYM AND ORDERED A TREADMILL FOR $400 INSTEAD

I saw the ad on TV for the Resistance Bands with Marie Osmond as spokesperson. I love Marie and trust her to sell a good product. The shipment arrived quickly and in good working order. The directions were clear and precise and easy to set up. The exercises are good for arms and legs but I wish there were more for the tummy. Initially, I was thinking that I might return the product, but decided to try it for awhile longer. The more I used it, the better I liked it and I will definitely keep it. I like the fact that it stores away in just a small bag, and I can pull it out anytime and use it quickly. I think that the resistance bands are worth the price and I am glad that I bought this product.

The idea is wonderful. The item is well... made in China. I like that they provided the activities and the added back strap is a bonus; one to which I chose this over others. However, for the price the thin plastic, not sticky stickers and cheap latex tubing is a no for me. I was expecting a much higher quality for the price. Wishing I’d gone a different route, but will still use.

I know this is quite a challenge. That is why the bands are so effective. This makes your form perfect, and your energy high as you can stand. I love this high-quality production, with perfection. Great to get something like this for a mere $50. Easy to put together, and sturdy enough for me. So much fun if you aren't huffing and puffing to much, because I am. Beautiful to watch. Enjoy!

I am 73 years old and handicapped. I just recovered from the Big C. I was very weak and now I can already feel my strength returning. I no longer need to take naps. The very difficult exercises are getting easier and the ones that were too easy I just rolled the bar over once or twice to make it difficult enough. I would say this is great for teens and above. It is easy to store and easy to travel with. It is made for beginners through advanced gymnasts.

I am a person who has always preferred working out at home so there have been multitude of equipment of all types, sizes and shapes. There have been very few that are still in my home. I will be 55 this year and this piece of equipment just might be my all new piece. I immediately bought two more for my parents and have plans to get at least five more for people. Growing up we always did exercises when we got up after making our bed and this is perfect, PERFECT, for that AM workout. The completely easy way it breaks down and goes back together is awesome for people who struggle with grip and older people. My parents watched the DVDs and started using it immediately! My father, Emperor of Negativevillecould not stop raving about everything about this Bodycore Home Gym. They are going to be RockStarz at their exercise class. Ordered the body gym after seeing videos of Marie Osmond. I Received it in two days, very quick delivery. And I have been using it daily. I love this, wish I would have known of it sooner. it is really a wonderful body gym. Easy to put together. Works out every muscle. I definitely recommend it.

I love the product and how I can use it as an entire gym without all the heavy lifting. I use it mostly for my arm and legs.
