Perfect for foot and ankle pain!
I put this on after my 2 mile walk every day. Relieves the ankle/foot pain. All I have to do is pull it onto my foot like a sock, so easy, does not warm up too quickly and fits great.

Relieves Ankle Pain
This ice ankle sock relieves soreness. I ordered xl and it's a bit large. I'm 6' tall, 220 pounds. Maybe large would be better.

Helps but
This was exactly what I needed for spurs and tendon issues in my feet. They are pretty badly irritated and inflamed right now. I had a nice foot bucket but wished for something more comfy. This was it! Although, I really do need 2 of them. I think I was fooled by the picture and should have read the description better.Anyways, it’s super soft. Love the way it fit over my foot. It easily slides on. According to the directions don’t wear longer than 30 minutes or frostbite… uh, no, I don’t think so. Which brings me to the one thing I don’t like. I didn’t feel it stayed cold long enough. My expectations could be too high, I don’t know.When I bought this I never gave it a thought, I could also use it for my elbow.

Awesome ice pack
This is awesome! Twisted and bruised my ankle and used this to ice it. I do recommend checking the size. I ordered large on accident. I wear shoe size 6.5 and it was too big. But it got the job done!

This kind of coldness was a huge relief on my badly fractured ankle!
This “sock” is so awesome! I have to use a Sock Aid to get it on my foot & it actually stretches big enough for me to do that! And it goes right back into it original shape! The cold feels so good on my badly fractured right ankle which now has 3 rods, 2 plates & the nails/screws that hold the rods in. I have not tried to use the sock for Heat Therapy yet. My foot is hot enough!!! Excuse my toenails please! MD says no Pedicure yet!

too big and did not stay cold very long
the item was too big and it did not stay cold very long. I would have returned it but we were on vacation and did not get home in time to return it

Works great for me!
Just what I needed to reduce the swelling in my ankle. I use it at night and in the morning the swelling is way down and stays that way most of the day.
