Prestige Medical 882-COM-NAV 3-in-1 Aneroid Sphygmomanometer Set with Carry Case, Navy

There is just too many different arm sizes and digital BP monitors out there with so-so reviews and accuracy issues, so we went back to basics with this 3 in 1 set and share the thing in a couple households. It's easy enough to learn to use we have three family members that know how now so it's no big deal not having the automatic digital unit. Also nice to have one less thing that eats batteries.

It was easy to adapt the manometer and bulb when changing and utilizing different size cuffs. Pleased with the purchase of this product to be used for a B/P check program at a local church.

This is a good basic bp setup. Great for jump bag or personal emr

I just purchased this set because I’m starting a new job where I will need to mostly use the pediatric size. The adult and large adult are nice to have. Right out of the box the gauge is out of calibration. There is no way to adjust this yourself and I wonder why no one is checking this, since it makes the $50 set completely unusable. I have contacted Prestige for what do to next, but it may be better to just purchase these items from a medical supply store where you can check it first and not have to deal with the hassle of a return.

I am very disappointed with this purchase. There are 3 cuffs with only 1 gauge, but I knew that. The problem is, the gauge came straight out of the box and it was not calibrated. I gave this product one star because it is unusable. Equipment that can render inaccurate results is not acceptable at my place of employment. I have reached out to prestige medical and am awaiting a response. Update: I received a prompt response from customer service the following morning. A new gauge was sent to me and it was perfect. Review updated to 4 stars.
