Is it a smaller no taste the size is average.I noticed a difference when I take these so far being in surgical menopause, you lose your natural moisturizing components, and your joints ache. Seriously, I cannot tell you any other product on the entire planet have I noticed a difference in my skin the very next morning I took these little capsules the night. I got them had a big glass of water when I woke up in the morning my skin was practically glowing seriously this hydrates your skin like nothing else

Remains to be seen. Only taking a few weeks. My skin does seem a little plumper and moisturized. Capsules are easy to swallow but make sure you drink plenty of water to wash them down. Size is reasonable capsule size.

I first bought these in the tablet form, but since then it's only been available in capsules. This doesn't impact the effectiveness that I can tell, but it resolves the issues many customer reviews remark upon regarding the taste. (The herbal compound in the pills includes cayenne pepper, which seems to bother some folks. I am used to spicy food and never have had any issues with the spiciness of the tablet nor with the pills upsetting my digestion.)I actually preferred the packaging on the tablet version of the bottle, and have been pouring my capsules into the old bottle just because I like the look of it better.As for these pills and what they do... I bought them for both joint and skin assistance. I don't know whether they're really helping with joint problems or not, but after about 6 weeks I began to see a certain improvement in my skin. It just doesn't look as dry and withered as before -- I think they have some kind of moisturizing element if you take them long enough.I've been buying them and taking them daily. At one point I tried switching to another brand of hyaluronic acid that was a bit less expensive for a similar dose, but I think the herbal compound in these pills might really be adding something, and so I eventually went back to the Youtheory.

I have been using Youtheory Marine Collagen and it's awesome! So I decided to try Hyaluronic Acid. I tried for a week and took it everyday as it is directed. People around me said my face looked different. And I noticed that my face looks droopier and less tightened. I think hydrating your skin is a good thing but it can backfire and my face looks droopy and older. I stopped using it and my face went back to normal in 3 days. I'm planning to use it maybe next month and only once a week or something like that. I know everybody is different but that's the reaction I got.Update 01/21/22I started to use it again and I my droopy face may be a mental thing at that time. Not much difference but if you use a peel off mask, since your skin is more hydrated and elastic, the Freeman mask peel off works more effective! Please disregard my drooping comment and I highly recommend this product.
