How is this attached to the macbook? Sticker or magnet?

The stand is attached to the MacBook by a sticker and the phone is attached to the stand by magnetism.

Can the magnet be reversed to use the rear facing camera for Zoom calls? If not, you should add that feature.

Nope, just tried it with mine and it won't stick in reverse. But that would be a handy feature

Will this work for an iPhone 11 max?

it should. as long as you dont have a super bulky case or something. it didn't hold my 13 pro max, but my case is a little bulky.

I don't want it on my laptop anymore. How can I remove it?

Use a plastic trim remover or similar non-marring plastic or rubber blade to gently lift the edge of one side while using the arm as leverage to lift up the side of the mount. Be patient and allow the adhesive to separate the holder from your laptop. You can clean up any residue on your laptop with Goo Gone.

I thought both sides were magnetic, but the one to the computer goes with 3M adhesive. Not good with that.
