These socks fit great and the design is specially helpful to provide traction. I got medium and my show size is an 8.5. The only downside is that it takes more than a second to properly fit all your toes. If you are looking for something easy to put on while dressing g for 6am pilates class, this is probably not the product for you.

I have other Toesox styles and they are great, but for some reason the stitching on these are weird (you can kinda tell from the product photos so I don't think mine are just defective), almost like they were stitched inside out. The seem is very visible and it makes your toe look square. I don't think this will effect how long they last, it just looks kinda stupid. Maybe it won't bother most people but I'm slightly OCD and the fact that you look at you feet during yoga so much doesn't help.
