Great product vs JABRA Evolve2 85
I wanted a headphone which I can use for video calls from PC, or normal video/audio calls from phone, and sometime listen to music or just sounds to Corden myself off from open office noises with the ability to walk around and not tied to the PC. I tried several headsets, including JABRA EVOLVE2 85. This came out to be best one. Jabra ear cup type head phone creates vaccun on the ear and it hurts after a while, because despite you turn on 'hear through' feature, it is still hearing through the cups because ears are blocked, so it is quite bad despite the high price. Another problem with Jabra was connectivity between PC and phone. It does not pick both up unless you turn Bluetooth on/off 1-2 times and re connect once you are done with call on either. Then I tried this one, this is great, ears don't hurt, no issues with two devices taking calls. It has all the good stuff. I listen to music or something when I want to cut myself off from the office noises and then if a call some in either on PC or phone, it just switches to call mode and fades out the music completely. Great value for money for people who are on PC and phone most of their day

Good hardware, bad software
On paper, this product had all the things I was looking for:-Single ear style-Good quality mic-Noise cancellation-Reputable brand-USB C + bluetoothIn actuality it does all those things well, however the major flaw is the software and connection. It claims to be Teams integrated, however I have constant problems when using it with Teams. Some of these issues are:-When you connect to the headset and then connect to your Teams call, it freezes, sometimes meaning I have to quit Teams, switch off the headset, open and connect to my Teams call without the headset, and then once I am in the call, I connect to it.-Constant Poly software updates - why!?-You need to quit the Poly software on your laptop for a smoother Teams experience - otherwise there seems to be a clash that causes freezing/crashes.In conclusion, maybe if you are using the latest version of Mac OS or Windows, you won't have issues, however, this is my experience with these headphones - very promising, but frustrating software and connection. Otherwise, once on call and stablized, they work well.

Great noise cancellation
I use this headset every day. I am constantly on the phone being in a sales environment and there is construction in our building. The noise cancellation is so good that no one can hear the construction work in the background.I've also worked in a coffee shop with music and no one can hear the music even though it was quite loud. It's also very comfortable to wear for long periods and the battery lasts well.Highly recommend!

Sort of fits but works well
Coverage on this BT headset is great. I can walking around 2 floors of my house and even outside with great coverage, including places I lose wifi because of brick walls / fireplaces.Con: if you have a large / long head where the distance from your ears to the top of your head is larger than average (I’m 6’5 and have a “long” face), the over-head band doesn’t stretch far and is padded, so it wants to sit high. You can get it to sit right, but any thick hair etc, it’ll want to slide back up so you’re often adjusting.Worn this for days with 6+ hours of calls, longest has been a single 4 hour call so far without breaks. Still extremely comfortable. The on-boom mute button is a lifesaver as well, if you get a cough or sneeze coming on, or want to sit on mute for the majority of a call but chime in periodically.I have daily Teams calls, and we replaced all our communications with Teams (including not even using our cell numbers anymore internally and externally), so in a Presales position as well as offering some post sales duties, I’m on the phone about 75% of my working hours (so 30-45 hrs/week). Also ran some training sessions with clients, so 4 hour classes as the instructor — this headset works great and battery life is never a concern.

Great Linux Support
Arch Linux (Kernel 6.3.9, PulseAudio 16.1).Simply put, this works great. Using the included BT700 USB-A bluetooth adapter (comes pre-paired with the Voyager 4310 UC headset). I also paired the headset to my Android device. Connecting to both devices simultaneously is easy and works great. The included BT700 bluetooth adapter has the advantage of providing an LED status indicator. The LED on the BT700 is BLUE when connected, RED when mic is muted, and OFF when the headset is off. This visual feedback is quite nice, especially since the mute button (located on the microphone boom) is a momentary switch. The headset will additionally announce (vocally) that the microphone is muted when the momentary switch is pressed and will, likewise, announce that the mic is unmuted if pressed again. If you attempt to speak into the mic while muted, the headset will provide you with vocal reminder that you are muted. This is all done in hardware. It is important to note that if no application is currently using the mic as an input device, the mute button on the headset will do nothing. It is not broken. Just connect to a Zoom call, a Discord voice channel, or even your system's audio control panel (anything that actively read's from the mic) and the mute button will work fine as intended.Headset earpiece volume is controlled independently of the current main system output volume using the + and - button on the earpiece. This is very nice if your computer uses speakers at the primary output device but you have set your voice/video app to use the headset for output. The kernel will adjust the headset's reported volume level as a result of pressing these buttons (+ and -), not the currently selected primary output device. This is an incredibly nice touch. On this topic, Poly's Acoustic Fence technology works surprisingly well. Playing reasonably loud music through my computer speakers, people I'm speaking to through the headset can only hear my voice. Microphone quality is clear with good dynamic range. Acoustic Fence does not appear to provide a "muffled" sound like some other noise cancelling microphones I have used.Audio quality through the earpiece is astonishingly good when using the included BT700 dongle. Bass is surprisingly good, dynamic range overall is good. Sound comes through very clear. You can happily listen to music. The sound is not "tinny"Charging stand is great. Very nice weighting -- it won't slide around your desk unless you move it. Docking and undocking is fast and simple. Connection is facilitated through an additional set of 5 contacts, which are well hidden on the headset. Insertion force is zero. Headset is nicely guided into position. No glaring design issues.Overall a strong recommend if you run Linux (or don't). Truly an amazing headset.
