Doesn’t heat up
It takes forever to charge and doesn’t heat up even on the maximun heat setting! I couldn’t even straighten one strand, I had to return the item as it didn’t do what it’s supposed to do.

i did not work - not good
the item did not work with me at all. waste of money please can i refund my money and return the item. they have not communication with me as i have warranty. as i am still chasing them for a replacement. not recommended. however, amazon asked me to contact the company and they have not took any step to solve my problem.
