Instant Pot Duo Crisp Air Fryer Cookbook: 600 Recipes The Complete Book For Beginners

If youre looking for a simple recipe book with pretty pictures then this book may not be for you. It can be overwhelming when you first start to look through but I found that highlighting the recipes that stood out to me meant that I had somewhere to start. There's so many wonderful recipes to try in here - a lot of which I had never considered cooking in the instant pot. The range of different recipes is great and very multicultural. Would highly recommend as a cover-all cook book!

Perfect for beginners . I cooked a hole chicken in my fryer and never had chicken taste so good.

Clear and informative. Not that many recipes but it is clear enough to be able to adapt the recipes and instructions. Once adapted the recipes work well; noted the adapted recipes down in a notebook so I don’t have to work out each time. Some variations in timing if you change types of rice, pasta etc… so note down those variations too. Good value. Very happy with the final results.

"Instant Pot Pressure Cooker Cookbook: 575 Recipes To Cover All The Basics And Cook Healthy Meals" is a fairly well presented publication with three or more recipes per page, each complete within its allotted space and never spreading from one page to another. There are no illustrations but not having them may be preferable to meaningless black-and-white ones where identifying components is nigh-on impossible. Unfortunately, it lacks any Indexing either for its recipes or specific ingredients and that limits its usefulness. It is better than a similar title authored by Michael McConaughey but still imperfect while too many of its recipes are contrary to personal tastes and preferences. As with several recipe books originating in the USA, some ingredients are unavailable in the UK. As there are several possible alternatives, some hopefully an improvement, it was returned.

Great recipes for an outstanding machine. My wife could not cook before I trained her how to use the Pressure Cooker, now I cannot stop her cooking every night. Cooking frozen Chicken drumsticks to perfection, and the rice is the best I have ever eaten.

I have owned an instant pot for several years however have never really made the most of it. I wasnt really sure how to use the book or what receipies worked well. The book not only has 800 recipies but also explains how to use the Instant pot with hints and tips. I particularly like the low carb section and the fact that each recipie gives the calorie, carb, fat, protein and sugar content. I can see the Instant Pot being a constant feature on my bench this winter now!

I have used a pressure cooker since I helped Mum cook as a child but am new to air frying so this book was a real disapppointment. If you need some basic receipes to get you going with an air fryer this is not for you. Also it is an american book so many of the ingrediants are not available in the UK even if you know what they are & even having lived in USA for a year I didn't recognise some of the cuts of meat!

Please be aware when purchasing, the recipes in this book are mainly American. All measurements are in American. A lot of the recipes will have ingredients that you cannot get in uk, or have to find similar. Also a lot of the recipes (Names) will possibly never have been heard of. Still worth a go though if you wish to be advenurous

In dem Kochbuch ist bei 800 Rezepten wirklich für jeden was dabei. Die Rezepte sind leicht nach zu kochen. Man sollte allerdings etwas Englisch Kenntnisse haben, da alles auf Englisch geschrieben ist. Mir fehlen dort ein paar Fotos, aber für den Preis war das nicht zu erwarten und da das selbst gekochte eh meistens nicht so aussieht, wie abgebildet ist es ok. Mir gefällt das Kochbuch sehr gut und ich freue mich darauf noch das eine oder andere leckere Rezept zu entdecken.

Awesome recipies

The recipes are not all that great, and there are no photos of what things should look like. If you are trying to choose between 2 or more, buy the other one.

I liked that most recipes are pretty straightforward and use spices or condiments that are already on hand. I tried making things like Scotch Eggs and Dutch Baby that I had heard of but never tried. I think a step was omitted from the Dutch Baby recipe so it was more like a soggy bread pudding than a pancake.
