KOOL TAK Clear Foam Roll Tape, 3/16-Inch by 1/16-Inch by 1.6-Yard

I love KOOL TAK I am able to pop up layers of my flowers and other colored die cuts and not have the white of other pop up tape show on a color flower is just not KOOL ;) thank you for make an awesome product.

if it didn't cost so much money, I would use it all the time instead of white pop dots. ( I tend to notice the white ones under the pieces that are raised up by it on cards and scrapbooking) this is perfectly clear, sticks like crazy (which I love). it comes in squares and or this double sided tape. this is great for just cutting off the size you want to use (like tiny die cut pieces that you want to raise up for some depth on your piece of artwork) if you use it for cards, the cards are still thin enough to go through the mail.

Here's how they can greatly improve this product: take all the sticky tackiness OFF of the sides of the product. Why? Because I tried to use this beautifully clear adhesive to create a shaker card. LOL, all the micro beads and sequins stuck to the sides - seriously, all of them. I had to do card surgery and tore my frame. I used a q-tip gently covered in cornstarch baby powder, then dabbed it to all side surfaces facing the inside of the shaker. Boo, hisssss. Bent up the delicate shaker frame paper and no amounts of surgery can help this beautiful baby card. Starting over again. Arrrrrrgh.

I LOVE this foam tape! I'm having fun making cards, and dimensional tabs or tape is a must. I also use the foam squares (tiny squares), but they're white, so if my embellishment is a different color, then the white can be seen (especially if the item I'm layering is a dark card stock piece). This tape is clear, so it's not noticeable. It's easy to use; easy to cut to the length you need; and is a perfect thickness. I'm on the lookout for the same brand and tape, but thinner. Definitely recommend.

I love the Kool Tak roll tape, although I think I'll look for it next time in square. Otherwise though, it's pretty invisible when you want to add dimension to your projects. Works great with card marking. Will definitely purchase this again, just in another form.

Works well, pricey, not as much product as I’d like.

This is good tape, crystal clear, but I wish the roll had more (quantity) and it's a bit difficult to get it positioned right the first try. If you have to peel it off and re-stick it doesn't stay very well. But if you need foam tape somewhere it's going to show, this is good stuff. Just a bit pricey if you could use regular foam tape instead.

I used this product because I thought putting clear foam beneath diecuts would be a good idea, especially since I heard it mentioned watching a card making video by Kristina Werner on YouTube; well, it did not keep the thickness the same as foam Tape or craft foam, it just seem to melt flat and ruined my card sentiment. I tried to remove and damaged the card, the adhesion is great but they should not call this clear foam tape, it’s just thick glue, that flattens. What a disappointment, I would not recommend, if you need foam, use craft foam or 3M foam tape.
