Sold as being excellent condition, but tiny crack on screen. Right hassle sending back had to pay special delivery cost, which Amazon said would refund and didn’t. Stressful transaction so I won’t be buying renewed again. Wish I’d read the reviews properly beforehand.

Brilliant phone b
Excellent phone. Was really sceptical about ordering a refurbished phone. I have to say the phone is brilliant no scratches came with screen protector. Not in original box but securely packaged. Come with comparable lead not apple lead and best of all battery life was 99%. So pleased with this phone. It arrived a day late but so pleased with the phone. Would recommend seller.

The iPhone 13 is a really nice phone the down side the battery health was not great if it been possible I would have ordered it with a brand new battery

This is the best iPhone I’ve ever had it’s my 3rd iPhone the last 2were mini iPhones but this one is exceptional just looked like brand new no marks on it at all and the battery life is fantastic I would extremely recommend this company to anybody looking for a replacement iPhone
