This plyo box has been an incredible addition to mine and my family’s workouts! This is a great versatile box. My oldest uses for box jumps on all sides, my youngest is working on the lowest side and I can use to help strengthening with progressing height as tolerated. It is soft enough that if you don't land the jump, you don't peel off layers of skin but sturdy enough that stepping or jumping on it you don't sink . Seems durable and handling our functional needs well.

Wow! This is great quality and I was so excited to receive it in the mail. It is a little heavier that I expected, but that’s ok because it is so sturdy. I work out a lot at home doing strength training because I have a spinal cord injury. This box allows me to continue my PT at home. I use it for stability and balance . I searched a lot and the value for the money on this is just right. I am happy with the size I chose because felt it was kind of in “the middle” and I can turn it 3 different ways. The box is soft and has no sharp edges. My grand-daughter likes to climb in it too and I don’t worry about her getting hurt.

This is perfect for my at home gym. The 3 different sizes make it easy for me to switch from hip thrusts to split squats and step up’s. I use it everyday and it looks like it’s new, very durable material.

Very professional jump box. My mom uses it as a lift for power rack, and my son uses it for off ice hockey training.

Appears to be built well ... very happy with price ... not quite the quality of the one at my gym but I'm not going to be jumping on top of it (at my age) and the one at the gym costs twice-as-much-and-then-some so it's perfect for me.

Very stable and durable. Heavy duty, not afraid to jump on it.
