Im 5'7 190, I bout the XL, Ive literally had it on for about 5 hours now. Great quality, snug fit, but its actually a comfortable snug fit, if that makes sense.. Great material, its not abrasive or itchy. Im not " fat " by any social norms, but Ive a tiny Pooh Bear belly sometimes due to some of my meds. Im definitely happy with this purchase, the goal is to use this till I get my mrds balanced out and under control.

Body Shirt I’m 5ft 10in tall. I weigh 212 lbs I’m 76 and have a Pot Belly with average size butt I buy XL shirts and T-shirts because of my gut extension. LOL I wear a suit jacket size 46” regular My waist size (under the belly) 37 inches. The size of my chest is 43” with small A cup breast. With all this information and using the chart I skeptically ordered a 2X Size Shirts arrived 2X size and actually was just like a shirt for me and not tight at all. I just returned them and ordered the XL this time and we will see how that one does. Here is a few pictures of me and with the 2XL on. No difference. Good quality material and workmanship on stitching. UPDATE Dec 31,2025 (Picture 3) I received the XL shirts but other than a bit tighter don't see much difference between my shape with the 2XL and the new one I just goy which were XL.
