It's a magnet you flip around with names on it. It works well for what it does
This helps a lot for my wife and I to sort out whether the dishwasher has dirty dishes in it that she pre-washed or clean dishes. Lots of marital bliss for not a lot of money. They did a good job making sure the sticker sticks to the magnet which really is the only risk with this type of item. It works well and i recommend it for all your clean/dirty dishwasher notice needs.
