This product really works! I babysit my grandson and I have been having a very difficult time trying to push the button on his car seat belt to release the belt. It is very frustrating for me and for him since he has to stay still until I can finally press the red button. My thumbs are weak due to surgeries and I have been worrying if there was ever an emergency would I be able to get him out of the car seat quickly to avoid a disaster. My 5 year old couldn't use it because she lacks the upper arm strength and leverage. Shes a sturdy girl too. I've asked around around people say it works great for someone closer to 8 yrs old. The item itself is cute, though, and feels to be of high quality and durable.

My four year olds are capable of unbuckling their chest clips but not their crotch buckles. The first time they tried using the Buckle Bopper, they were both able to unbuckle themselves.While my kids are mature enough to not unbuckle until we're at our destination, I keep the Buckle Bopper in the front seat and hand it back so they can unbuckle while I'm gathering my things to get out of the car.

My 5.5yr old still hasn’t been able to get the hang of using this thing. I purchased because it came highly recommended to help kids who have trouble getting unbuckled. So far, not so much help. Hoping my kiddo will get the hang of it.

I bought this because it's hard to open the buckle with my long nails. It did serve it's purpose but it was not as easy as I hoped. The hand part is so bulky that it's hard to see where the button is underneath it and hard to push down with your thumb while getting your hand underneath the buckle as well. Returned it.

I am loving this thing and just got it in today! I handed it to my 6yr old in the backseat and before I could explain how to use it she had herself unbuckled! This has been a huge frustration for her, she has wanted to unbuckle herself for a long time but it was always too difficult to do herself--not any more! Buying a second one so we have one in each car she regularly rides in!!!
