Good whole food supplement
This is hands down the best b complex supplement I've found. I was looking for a b complex with lower doses than the usual b complexes. I'm very sensitive to supplements, several b vitamins in particular. Most b complexes are full of extremely high doses of synthetic vitamins that I don't tolerate. The b vitamins are co-factors for one another so it's important to supplement them all if you supplement any. Additionally, with whole food supplements you don't need doses as high as with synthetic vitamins since your body can absorb them better in the natural form. I will also note that while the pills are a little large, I had no trouble at all swallowing them. The texture is smooth, and they're not as big as I'd feared. I've had other supplements with large rough pills in the past that I had trouble with, but thankfully these are very easy for me to swallow. One thing I like about this supplement is it contains no synthetic forms of folate or b3. Methylfolate is a serotonin reuptake enhancer (opposite of an SSRI) and gives me horrible anxiety and insomnia. I've read so many bad things about synthetic folic acid I don't want to take any. B3 slows down methylation, and the synthetic forms give me insomnia and anxiety. I still want some b3 because it is a cofactor for other b vitamins. The b3 here is all from whole food sources in this supplement, which I seem to tolerate, so I'm comfortable with it. B6 causes toxicity in high doses with nasty symptoms like peripheral neuropathy. I have experienced that with b6 supplement at low as 25mg. Some countries have an upper tolerable limit of 10mg. But good luck finding a b6 supplement on its own that is under 10mg. Thankfully, this one only has about 4mg per pill (I only take one per day). B6 in small doses reduces my anxiety and helps with insomnia and headaches. But I need something with a very low dose to avoid side effects of b6 toxicity. There are many other interactions, such as synthetic pantothene and vitamin d inhibiting one another. When you get them from natural sources your body is better able to regulate them so it gets enough of each without inhibiting the other too much. When it's from synthetic forms in supplements it can bypass that regulation mechanism and throws the other out of whack. I've also read that when vitamins are provided in whole food sources they are much more absorbable, so you don't need mega doses like all the synthetic b vitamins supplements. I highly recommend this supplement. It's the only b complex supplement I've been able to tolerate. And I notice huge improvements with it. My energy levels are higher, I have less anxiety, I sleep better, and I notice I'm able to dream when taking it. Normally dreams are rare for me, which is a sign of b6 deficiency. I'm so thankful a whole food supplement like this is available. I don't know what I would do without it.

Organic B Vitamins reasonably priced
Because whole food combinations are better assimilated, I prefer taking this type of supplement to the synthetic versions. Comparing this Amazon brand to other whole food B complex vitamins, the ingredients are similar, most are high amount of biotin, which interferes with thyroid. B12 is also high but looks like it is the right form, Methylcobalamin. Also, taking these I noticed a mild increase in energy that felt more natural than the overpowering spike from synthetic vitamins. Finally, an important consideration, these have all the badges necessary, indicating they have passed as a safe quality product. So what it comes down to, is I picked these because they were comparable to the higher priced brands but less expensive.

HUGE pills
To get one daily dose you need to swallow two huge pills. I saw in the reviews that those that have trouble swallowing big pills shouldn’t buy them but I liked that they’re clean and the strongest B complex vitamin I found so bought a bottle with the intent of using my pill cutter to swallow them. Turns out that’s annoying and they aren’t cut into even pieces that were still hard for me to swallow and they crumbled when I cut them so that didn’t work. If you can’t swallow large pills don’t get them cause cutting them is a pain. Maybe blended into a smoothie? I ended up buying gummy multivitamins that have a good amount of the various B vitamins in them. I gave the product 5 stars cause I think ingredient wise it’s the best on the market. It’s not the pills fault I can’t swallow it. Hope this helps.

Good vitamin but complex
I like this, especially now that I know to take on hungry stomach in the morning. Since doing that I feel great, eat less and it works for my health.
