Be careful
18 mg of iron might be too much to take every day. Especially if you take a multivitamin that's already giving you iron. I take a Solgar multi that has a bit of iron. And I take only two of these Amazon iron supplements every week. See the Internet for recommended daily dose. These tablets aren't the biggest pills, but they are a little on the bigger side, and their surface is not totally smooth. If taking big, rough pills is not your favorite thing, these could be challenging.

Gentle and digestible
I’ve tried a lot of different iron supplements, but this one was the most gentle in my stomach

Big Pills, but perfect serving amount!!
I am anemic. My hemoglobin levels are below average. This is my first time taking any kind of iron supplement and it’s not bad. As a pill taker, they are on the bigger side. According to my doctor and google, an adult female only needs 18mg of iron a day. I ONLY TAKE ONE A DAY. I don’t have any constipation or stomach issues. I have noticed I have more energy and I feel great! I gave 4 stars because my label came torn off!

Actually works
I got this after a surgery, I didn’t want to keep looking down and seeing i was all bruised so I bought this! Even during my follow up appointment they were surprised I had no bruising! I was absolutely shocked!

Pills are HUGE!!!
Pills are HUGE! While I appreciate that these are organic and vegetarian I really had trouble swallowing these. Please don’t order these if you have any difficulty swallowing large pills.

1 a Day
These things are wonderful. I swallow it with food, not with water, and it works easy. There are no stomach issues, either. Google how much iron you need a day. 1 of these pills a day provides 100% iron needs for adult females. So it's a 2 month supply for ladies. Half a pill a day to meet 100% needs for males and older females. So it's a 4 month supply for them. Plus, it's the safe form of iron. These pills are the best. They've certainly helped me out. Highly recommend.
