Save your time and money. Don’t buy this book!!!
This book is NOT an educational. It advices his subscription in every chapter of the book and doesn’t teaches you how to approach to the penny stock market. Very disappointed!!!

Newsletter hype
I spend $31.98 on this book (used) including S/H but I gave up reading it around page 50. Okay, yes, I learned a little but as another complained on his first book, imho this is just one big PROMO for his newsletter and his website at [...].Indeed, how many times do I have to read him hyping himself as in the sub-heading: "Why Peter Leeds is the leader" or a whole chapter entitled "Leeds Analysis" before I got the point that there is just no way I will EVER know as much as he, his company, his software, his analysis, etc. so why should I even bother to try at my age (63)? an avoid doing so while reading the book. lol)Imho, this book should be given away with a 14-day free trial of his newsletter. Yes, it contains some good stuff but I'm not exactly a spring chicken but, again, at age 63 there is no way I could learn 1/10000 of what he is talking nor compete with his computer programs (which he MUST have!) which are far better at stock analysis so why should I try to even learn? Frankly, I almost regret buying this book. Almost. But not quite. And I hope I'm not being unfair here, but I simply got tired of reading the book as it was almost like he was more intent on making me realize that I was just too ignorant and might lose my ass so just subscribe to his newsletter and not be bothered with the technical stuff.Frankly, if you can get this for under $10 go for it. Otherwise, just go to his site. (No, I am not a shill for his newsletter either!)

A good start for a novice like me.
A good read for a novice like me. If you have money to gamble with, you could go to the casino or put it in a mutual fund or index funds or bonds or the next thing some expert says to do. So I look at many things and figure the more you read or learn about things I could lose my own money as well as paying an expert to lose it for me. So for me knowing little when I bought the book I now know a little bit more. Von

Trying to understand the process
I have a chance to play for pennies, and since I'm new to the process, my thought is to learn how to do it to make a profit. It might not seem like much to those with money, but learning the RIGHT way is always important to me.

I never knew what to look for
Before this book I thought that I knew what to look for when doing research on a company and that I would always fall short and wonder why I wasn't able to find the companies that were small but had great potential. This book outlined for me all the aspects to what makes a company great and how to find them out of the thousands of small/undervalued companies out there. It does still take some work to find the best companies but it is very easy to find out which companies are in trouble and the one's I don't want to invest in. Thanks Peter for a great book.

Highly recommend
If you're a beginner to penny stock trading, I highly recommend this be the second book you read. It chocked full of good information about the topic. Be prepared to take a lot of notes. The first book I recommend you read is a piece by Robert Kiyosaki called Rich Dad Poor Dad. That book lays the ground work for why to consider penny stocks in the first place. Now to be fair, I haven't put any of Mr. Leeds practices into play as of yet, but I plan to, If I can do a follow-up later on, I will to let you know how I made out.- Bob
