I love hot sauce. Every day I eat jalapeños, Birdseye, and ghost peppers. Every day I suffer at the toilet. This is a very mild sauce with great flavor. It's like a mix off Frank's wing sauce and Tabasco with a hint of garlic. I've been eating it plain (row on my finger or by the teaspoon)-- but really looking forward to tossing some wings in it. It has a really nice buttery flavor to it so I wouldn't recommend adding much (if any) additional butter for wings.Others in my home think of this as a medium spiciness but still enjoy it.I'm thinking that thickening this up a little bit with a touch of corn starch and a splash of liquid smoke would make an amazing base for pulled pork. Normally, I use yellow mustard because it has a light flavor and the vinegar taste cooks off.. but ultimately lets the rub stick on very well. Next shoulder I'm doing I will be using this. In addition to basically everything else I eat.Update: 10/11/2016-- I'm still buying this and mostly using it to drink straight. I'm betting this would make for an AWESOME oyster shooter with some vodka. The flavor is great. Still a little thin in viscosity but awesome flavor. I bought some of their spiciest stuff and although it has some heat to it, I don't there is much flavor. Went back to this because the flavor is amazing.

Everyone in our entire family is in love with this sauce! Not super hot but is spicy and garlicky! The maker wrote on another combo package that we would find our favorite sauce and we sure did! We have been ordering this for a few years now. Even my finicky nephew loves this on everything.

I was concerned about ordering this hot sauce because I was afraid it was gonna be all heat and no flavor but it wasn’t that way at all. This is the hot sauce I’ve been looking for! Most hot sauces are all heat & don’t have any flavor whatsoever, this sauce is the exact opposite. They focused on getting a really great smoky flavor and then adding some heat to that. this one isn’t too hot, & the garlic flavor is on point and I love garlic. But I do always get heartburn next day but that’s just because I’m getting oldER. This sauce has the best flavor.

Great Stuff! My wife bought me their sampler pack for a Christmas gift back in 2015. All of the sauces in the kit were great, but I love a hot sauce that adds a kick of garlic. This one brings a 3/10 on the heat scale which seems accurate in that this is by no means a "hot" hot sauce. I have been picking this up as a subscribe and save item so that I can make sure I have a supply on hand.

My husband, a huge hot sauce connoisseur, is a big fan. He explains that this one isn’t about the heat but the taste, and the taste is 5 stars. One of his top favorite sauces of all time.

love, loVE, LOVE the Zombie Cajun Garlic Sauce!! This is the second bottle we've had. We received the first bottle in a set of 4 as a Christmas gift. All of the sauces are good, but the Zombie Cajun Garlic is the most awesome sauce of all.I highly recommend the Zombie Cajun Garlic sauce .The sauce is more sweet than hot to me, It has an amazing garlic thread running through it that really enhances the experience.I have used the Zombie Cajun Garlic hot sauce on chicken, pork, eggs, rice, fish, potatoes, tacos, and goetta... yes Goetta! - What a great marriage of German and Cajun flavors.Buy it. We absolutely love this hot sauce however we have have received 2 orders (the original & a replacement) ordered 11/2018 & both orders of 3 bottles expired 9/12/18, 2 months before we ordered them. Hopefully this is fixed soon as the hot sauce itself is delicious.

I was skeptical of another new hot sauce but was pleasantly surprised by the unique taste of this one. The hint of roasted garlic is what I found unique. My initial take was that it was too thin and, honestly, too expensive. Both those reactions didn't outweigh how much I enjoyed the taste. So much so that I ordered a multi-pack. A bonus is, I was asked, by email, for my honest opinion by the creator of the product. That never happens. I wish Ricky well with his unique product line.
