This lamp is Stunning! The shade is like crepe paper, much prettier than you guess when assembling.Sturdy, well made, easy to assemble with clear directions & all parts (including a bright light bulb!)Massive amount of shelving space, but sleeker than original square models. I also like the pull down chain versus twist knob. It's much easier to find.10 out of 10. Recommend this product!

I put this together today. It showed up fast and it was a very easy installation. I'm happy with the way it looks. The shade however, ugh. It looks OK, but you can tell it's cheap. It comes flat in two pieces. Then you have to shape it around a top and bottom wire base. The ends are sorta velcro/tacky and wrap around and clip on. I'm sure I made it sound harder than it is to assemble. This was an easy build I thought.Anyway, If you walk around the lamp you can see creases in the corner of the shade where the raw bulb shines through. The material isn't great. It's annoying. I can't see it from where I sit so I can ignore it. Also, they sent a bulb which is nice. I thought it would be a warm light like the photo, but it looks cool white to me.Bottom line is

Love it.Picked it up to fill an empty corner in the master bedroom and it did so perfectly.Setup was simple and takes about 30 minutes and the light setting sets the mood in the room when you want it to.Must have. Great gift for dads and moms.

I like the lamp well enough. The wooden look of the shelves is nice, it is sturdy, & it was easy to assemble. But the canvas/cloth of the shade is really cheap-looking & has gaps through which you can see the lightbulb. If only the shade was a better quality, it would be worth five stars.
