Disgusting material and really uncomfortable. If you want to walk like you've got cramp, then buy these. Honestly, it's one of the worst purchases I can ever remember. The fabric started peeling off after a couple of weeks, and there was some ugly sticky tacky gel underneath holding the fabric together which inevitably got really dirty. Absolutely hopeless

Haven't thought of it, but if you put an insole into your shoe especially one with heel the overall shoes is getting tighter, I cannot fit into my shoes when I put this insole in. I think the half heeled once might be better.

Bought this insole as a test, I have a leg length discrepency so only needed one side. After several weeks I was starting to get back pain when doing some activities like squatting. Eventually inspected the insoles to find that while they may have been barely 2cm when opened, being a softer foam they had deformed. This may make them more comfortable, but the difference in height was not acceptable to me. If you don't have a medical reason for wearing them theya re fine, if wearing for height just bear in mind it won't be as high as it says after a very short amount of use.

No están nada mal! Mi chica es algo baja, y le pillé estos alzas. Además vienen super bien para días que está todo el día de pie, así que son cómodos y dan altura. Creo que calidad precio están de 10. Añadir que vienen un calzado, todo un detalle👌🏽

Ho deciso di provare le solette marca TYGA perché promettevano un grande aiuto in termini di ammortizzazione durante la corsa e gli allenamenti, con benefici anche per le articolazioni delle ginocchia. Le solette sono arrivate in una pratica busta con zip, insieme a un comodo calzascarpe. Durante una sessione di footing di circa un'ora, però, non ho riscontrato il sollievo promesso. Inoltre, ho notato che la soletta era leggermente stretta e tendeva a spostarsi, provocando dolore ai talloni. Devo anche dire che le rifiniture lasciano un po' a desiderare.( Guarda foto). Personalmente, non sono rimasto soddisfatto di questo prodotto. Se si desidera utilizzarlo per aumentare leggermente l'altezza nelle scarpe quotidiane, potrebbe essere accettabile.
