Is the mouthpiece a soft flexible material? Can you compare to the AeroKat?

Yes it is from flexible material. I’m not familiar with Aerokat but I’ve been very pleased and my cat accepts the mouth piece willingly and it helps!

Do i have to get the pump for the meds at the vets

Actually, you get a prescription for Albuterol at the Vet. My vet sends it to CVS and we get it there- it was $50 I️ think. You attach the albuterol inhaler to the spacer and put it over the cat’s nose and mouth and pump . My cat tolerates it fairly well but has not had an attack in over a year.

Does this product have a flow indicator like the Aerokat?

We are afraid this model does not offer the flow indicator.
