Natrum Sulphuricum 6X for Bronchial Irritation Worsened by Humidity - 80 Pellets

These specifically (Nat Sulph 6X) are great for mobilizing lymph and sinus flow! I take 3 pellets when I notice stagnation in my head and neck (tightness, “full” feeling in ears, generalized head pressure). Within a couple of hours, it usually clears! That being said, these are not miracle pills, and I’d already dosed Nux Vomica 30C yesterday for tension and a “tired but wired” feeling. So once Nux cleared that first, my body was able to respond quickly to these salts. Too many people down these little pellets expecting them to work like OTC drugs, and they don’t. Educate yourself on cell salts, and take the time to understand how your body responds. It’s well worth it.
