I love this shoe! I’ve worn it for years!! They were recommended by my podiatrist! Well the New Balance shoes were - I just found this one! This is my everyday tennis shoe and when they get dirty (and that takes awhile) I turn them into my work shoes and buy another pair for home! At work they are comfortable, supportive and protective! At home they are a versatile shoe that goes with many outfits - mostly casual but that mostly me!

Most confortable tennis shoes I have worn. I ahve a very wide foot and frankly do notlike shoes but these turned out to be a great fit and confortable.

Great sneaker, comfy, the only problem with this pair is that the left foot is tight. I wore them so I can't return.Sad cause I can't use my orthopedic inserts.

I have worn New Balance shoes for decades. There is something in the way they're designed, and they fit me better than any other brand. This particular style is primo! I've been wearing another style ofNew Balance shoes that are hook and loop, and honestly I never realized that they are slightly wide and my feet slide around in them. I had gotten used to the way they feel, until all of a sudden last week I realized, I need some new, not worn out shoes! Well, I hate tying shoelaces because it's just another waste of my time 😂 but I know you always can get a better fit with shoelaces, so I broke down and bought this pair. I'm glad I read the reviews because you absolutely need to size up 1/2 size. My shoe size has been 6.5 for eons, so I bought both sizes to compare. The 7 fit perfectly. I put them on and wore them all day today going about my daily business, and they were comfortable from beginning to end. I bought them in black, and they are so low profile that no one will even notice them on your feet let alone notice that they are shoes for walking or exercising. I could not be happier, and actually I'm planning to purchase another pair in white. New Balance does it again! Good job! 👏

The above picture are my older ones that got too dirty! My first New Balance walking shoes I bought at an Academy Sports store in the Houston area, and they fit perfectly from day one. Then we moved to the Texas Hill Country. Then I bought a pair of 493V3 ones-that have a lot of fabric to them, and they also fit perfectly, and I still have those-although they have a hole in a toe from using a toe separator for a time that was too wide. Then I ordered the New Balance 411V1 on Sept. 14, 2021 and they also fit perfectly, and I still wear them and have them on now, but there’s a lot of dirt out at our new house, and they’ve gotten dirty, and cleaned them, but this dirt just doesn’t get completely out! SO..I wanted a brand new pair that I would never go outside in! (I’ve always ordered white ones). BUT these are the first ones that seemed too small in the toe area, and by the middle of the day they hurt my toes so bad that I had to take them off and wear my older shoes. I gave them plenty of chances-although all my other New Balance shoes NEVER hurt any part of my feet-EVER!! So I’ve already returned them, and ordered another pair. Will send an update on those when I get them. By the way, my shoe size is 6 1/2 medium in all of them. Even the ones that I’ve returned.UPDATE: I ordered another pair in 6 1/2 medium- thinking that the first ones were just mis-sized. They also were too narrow in the toes, so I returned them, and that time I requested a 6 1/2 wide. They fit perfect, just like my older ones! Wish I would’ve taken a picture of the narrow ones next to my old ones. My guess is that they’ve started making these shoes narrow in the toe area lately. Hope this helps others who wish to buy these.

I have been wearing NB sneakers for many years. I have a very hard to fit foot. I used to have to go to a store 100 miles away and instead of looking at styles and choosing one I would ask what they had in my size. That narrowed it down a lot. Old Town Trotters used to carry my size. Now they are only Trotters and they often don't have my size in a style I can use. Thanks to NB I have what I need. Now days all I need is a casual, sturdy, comfortable fit and this is it.
