Karma Living Herringbone Pom Pom Throw, 50X60, Beige

Blanket came with some snagged threads, especially near the Pom poms. But I decided to keep it anyway. The tag says "Dry Clean Only" FYI. Given that the tag also says "100% cotton", I decided to put it in the hand wash cycle in my washer. When I did, little pieces of cotton from the blanket got all over the other clothes. But that's my choice of washing a blanket that says "Dry Clean only". After washing it and air drying it, it's in pretty good shape, besides a few Pom poms getting a little lopsided in the wash. Looks great on my couch, but I can tell it won't last as long as other blankets I've had. It's not as soft as some other cotton blankets, but it's not rough either. I wouldn't purchase for $35 again, but I'm happy with it for now.Update 9/30/2017 It's completely fallen apart after washing it on the hand wash cycle a total of 3 times since I purchased it 10 months ago. The pom poms started falling off during the second wash. And it is shedding and leaving fuzz everywhere! I am currently looking for a new couch throw blanket. I will keep it at 3 stars, since I didn't follow the "Dry Clean" care instructions. But it is cotton, and who has time to dry clean stuff like this anyway.
