This is a terrible product!!! Do your research before taking these!! The amount of vit A causes toxicity in the body and makes you extremely photosensitive. Vit A is the same thing that they use for Accutane!!! Only with accutane, the doctor monitor you for organ failure and this company doesn’t. I found out the hard way, by sitting outside in the winter in direct sunlight at 10am and for 20 minutes and my legs got sunburned. That sunburned turned into polymorphic light eruption. Basically a rash that there is no cure for because the skin has changed permanently and with return every time you go into the sun. I am livid that I took this product religiously and didn’t know the harm I was doing to by body.

Great vitamins. I have been battling some illness and my energy levels and sleep have been terrible. I can feel a huge difference in my energy level and i am sleeping better. The are large pills but go down pretty well and taste good. No bad after taste like with other vitamins ...taste sweet. Already bought a second bottle I like them so much

The first thing I noticed when I opened the bottle was the fruity smell! Other multivitamins always have a bad smell, but these literally smell like fruits and vegetables. They are rather large, but because I'm not gagging on the smell I can swallow them easily with a big drink of water. I love that they are plant-based also. I will continue taking these as my daily multivitamin!

This is a great product. I really am happy with everything about it. I love the quality of the ingredients. I will definitely be purchasing this again.

Really impressed with this product. It’s such a great energy booster and as a stay at home mom with a very active toddler, it’s perfect. Flavor isn’t bad at all, easy to swallow (one at a time), no bad after taste. I’ve also noticed an improvement in my skin and my digestion! Total win!
