A gift for my daughter, She loved it.

It arrived wonderfully packaged and was much prettier than I anticipated for the price. The print was of nice quality and not very grainy, the gold trim was clear and elegantly done. Mine had no imperfections in the lip or handle. It is absolutely lovely and I am happy.

I was expecting ENGLISH bone china when I bought this, however when I got it, it was Chinese made, which really upsets me. Amazon does not make any distinction between Chinese made and English made, so chance is what it sometimes is, however, if you are familiar with the different companies they come from, you can maybe tell what it is going to be. Prince Albert is always going to be English, and never Chinese. Even the higher end Lenox and Dalton, etc, are being outsourced to different Asian countries to be producted, which is a shame, I think, since the quality is just not going to be the same. It pays to do a little research to see what you are really getting. This cup and saucer, even though the pinks and greens are vivid on picture, are not nearly as vivid in person, also the quality of the china is definatly inferior and easy to tell that it is not English bone china. I just use it for everyday coffee cup since it does not qualify to go with my english bone china cups and saucers.

Beautiful teacup with lovely details. I am so glad I snagged one up, and I highly recommend purchasing one! They come in a super-nice gift box that is perfect for storing!
