The product looked exactly like it did on the website. The clips to the badges work perfectly fine! I am very happy with the product!

Clip is weak.
The clip is so weak that it doesn't securely clip. One slight tug and it slides off the clothing.

many of the holders have folded/twisted edges at the corners due to poor packaging or poor handling during production
Poorly made! First,the punch-out to insert the blue clip holder is outlined but cannot be opened without cutting with a razor! It should be made with the whole nearly completely cut so all that is needed to open the slot is a fingernail push. This is not the case. It must be cut open with a blade! Second, many of the holders have folded/twisted edges at the corners due to poor packaging or poor handling during production. I would not recommend this product since cutting open the tiny insert is time consuming and dangerous.
